Just got back a few days ago, and am so inspired by all of the great Photographers who attended this workshop. Hello everyone! I am currently in Monterrey Mexico with Jose Villa, Linda Chaja
We are here to shoot a (HUGE) Mexican Wedding and I was hired for the Super 8! The bride expects about 700 guests. Ceci the bride smiled when I asked her how many guests she was expecting “ I don’t even know most of these people” (Ceci)…most Mexican Weddings are a big deal, and everyone that you know is invited.
Monterrey is like a Mexican version of San Francisco Ca, awesome shopping places and stores surrounded by mountains everywhere!
Yesterday I had some of the best sushi ever, I know right? … and I am in Mexico? Especially the Mango margaritas to die for!
The bride has booked us awesome rooms at Camino Real this is an extremely modern style hotel, I have never seen anything like it.
Above are some images that were taken with my Camera phone on our drive into the city from the airport; mountains as such are surrounding this beautiful place! Check out the ENORMOUS Buddha in our hotel.
